Apartment prices dropped roughly 8% year-over-year to $297,600, and row-style properties saw a 6% decline to $418,500. Detached and semi-detached homes have held steadier, with detached prices dipping just 2% to $743,900 and semi-detached homes down less than 1% at $691,000.
